What is causing hard, sore lump on the neck? Posted: 06-06-06 10:26am
I found a hard lump on the back/right side
of my neck, which is sore, although not
sore to touch, it feels like a tightning
dull ache pain. It radiates up my skull
and down my shoulder blade. It feels like
it can go down a bit in size, then I feel
it really sore and I can feel it quite
plainly. I t is wearing me down, I have
an appointment to see doctor tomorrow. Any
suggestions on what it could be?

Generally, a hard lump on the back of the
neck can be tumorous. Several
examinations, however, must first be
requested to differentiate the nature and
origin of a tumor.
