Naturally, it's pretty hard for me to sleep.. No matter what. However, I could technically fall asleep if I sleep 8 hours (12am to 7am). The problem is, if I sleep later than 2am, then I will sleep all the way until 11 am and break my cycle (for weekends, I want to go out and such). If im out of my cycle, im unable to sleep... It's so fustrating.
So when my sleep rotation is out of order, I wont be able to sleep until 7am or 8am.. In which case i'll end up waking up at around 2pm or so. It's really fustrating because waking up so late in the day really offsets anything that I plan to do, it makes me feel bad for the whole day...
I try to fix my rotation by setting the alarm clock at around 10, but I always unintentionally end up going back to sleep..
