For the past three months I have had a
constant pressure on my chest. The
doctors have done an extensive workup on
me, and they found I have a very slight
mvp. They ruled this was not the cause of
my pain, however. Recently I started
having sharp pains in either side of my
chest, not caused by activity. I also get
left arm numbness. I just started birth
control and the pain is more frequent.
Can anything bad happen from taking the
birth control? I am scared of a sudden
death.

I would think that with the advice of the
doctor, you should be in good hands...
If you're really concerned about the
"sudden death" issue, speak to him/her
about it, and see what he/she can do to
reassure you of your well-being.

the samething for me to! I went to the ER
cause it felt like i was having a heart
attack....of course they said they cant
find anything wrong with me!
