I am a 19 year old female. I had my gall bladder out 9 months ago. Im on antidepressant lexapro. Been on it for a year in a half.

Ive been having diarrhea for the past weeks. Ive been feelin weak, and tired, and shakey all over. I sleep way too much, tired all the time. Cranky.

Ive been noticing little bright red droplets of blood on my toilet paper after a bowel movement. I wouldnt be so alarmed about it from just seeing the blood, but the reason I am alarmed cause ive been feeling so tired and weak, and ive been having severe nausea. Lastnight got so badly I was vomiting over and over from it. My heart pounds, races. I am cranky all the time, moody. I don't know whats wrong with me. Does anyone know?

Ive been having dark stools, narrow. Waterty stools almost daily.

Please tell me what you think?

Love,
metallee

Hi
Hey sweetie, you really should make an appointment with your gastro Dr. They can "go from both ends" as they did here to find the problem. You are so young to be having so many medical problems and my heart goes out to you. Please have yourself checked out. This could get way out of hand...Kinda like having a toothache, waiting until it rots out of your mouth, living with the pain.... Instead of going ahead of and having it looked at and fixed before you are really in pain. Keep in touch! 8)

it also sounds like a fecal impaction due to your nausea, vomiting, and narrow stools....however im not too sure considering that you had your gall bladder removed.
