Q: Have I Caused An Ulcer?

I have suffered with anxiety,panik attack depression for about 10 years but recently I have been worse,i have been ill with various illnesses for months now first ulnar neuropathy(funny sensations in elbows and arms which I thought was to do with my heart)then tietz syndrome which the cartilage around heart aches which I thought was heart failure then I have a pain inside vagina which could be ovaries due to me breastfeeding and not having periods for 10 months(doc said prob small cysts)now I have pain in my stomach and feeling sick so I am worried I now have an ulcer due to worry and diflofenic which I was on for chest pain.I always have little pains in my body which I seem to notice then worry about then get 10 times worse I now feel like im ill all the time as I have an underlying illness.I am even worried writing this incase I get a reply saying it doesnt sound good!As soon as I open my eyes in the morning I worry mostly that im dying or worryig about kids,i just want to be well again so I can get on with my life!Can anxiety and stress be causing these illnessess or is it because im run down,i just dont know what to think anymore I cant even have a drink without worrying something hazadours has got in it somehow or I worry that it will flood my lungs please helpim sick and tired of spending my days worrying!

Another Thing to Worry About
Now as well as all other problems I have been experiencing shooting pains into the whole body not sure if it goes into muscles or bones?
