Q: Itchy Skin

Whenever cold air water or wind hits my skin I turn red and start itching really bad. I don't have to be cold. It can be a warm day and I will be watering and this will happen.Also when I sweat my head will start itching.

Could be something as simple as dry skin, have you tried using a moisteriser?
