During the winter my friend started noticing she had these pimple sized red rash-like "things" on her body(arms, legs, I believe even stomach). They are like just scratched scabs. I think that they are only sometimes itchy, but other than that there are no symptoms, other than looking like she has a skin problem. Her doctor gave her something to put on them that smelled like rubbing alcohol, but it did not work. She tries moisturizing, but nothing she has tried has worked so far. Any suggestions on what it could be and how to treat it?
