I have found two very effective ways to completely resolve my acne: accutane and the xeridian skincare brand of products (Xeridianskincare). I used accutane in high school for my severe acne and it mostly resolved it, however a few years later it came back, though not quite as severe. That's when my friend recommended the renew serum and renew eye serum from xeridian skincare. I have not had one zit in 4 months since using them (well, I did get one but that was on a day I didn't wach my face for a while). They have also resurfaced away a lot of the pits and scarring I had from my high school acne. I think the accutane did a lot in the beginning, and then the xeridian products keep the acne under control since then. If you don't have insurance i'd recommend buying accutane through a canadian pharmacy or offshore pharmacy, it's the exact same as in america (same manufacter even) but far less expensive (or look for a generic version, even less expensive and just as effective). The xeridian products you can buy on their website without a prescription.
