Are there any harmful consequences other than the fact that you might have to go to the washroom at night?

My mom thinks that "eyebags" will be the result of drinking water at night... Is this an urban legend?

I think its like one of those old wives tales that just arent true... Drinking at night is in fact good for you. Not if u drink gallons of it though.Lol the only thing thats you do is go to the bog more. :d
