Q: Is Red bump on the Scrotum an STD?

I have a red bump just below my penis on my scrotum and it kind of itches but not bad. i dont know what it is and there is only one bump it came after masterbating one day. i have never had sex but i have had a girl perform oral sex on me. Help this thing is scaring me i think its and STD

It does not seem that your symptoms indicate contraction of an STD. A red bump on the scrotum, just below the penis could be caused by an infection of a hair follicle. You can consult your GP and ask about using a cream that contains an antibiotic and corticosteroid in order to help clear the skin.
