I was just diagnosed today with a yeast infection and bacterial vaginosis. Are these two harder to cure when in combination? Also, is bacterial vaginosis an std? I have a real good reason for asking. Any help understanding these questions and situation would be appreciated! Thanks! P.S. Are there any questions I should ask my pcp/gyn? Specifically? Has anyone had bacterial vaginosis and would mind talking with me via pm?

I too have recently diagonsed with a yeast infection and bv. My doctor didnt tell me much, but I do know that bv is not an std. I think it is much harder to cure both of them because I believe I still have one and that was about 3 weeks ago.
