Hello everyone,

my name is jay and up until 6 months ago I was a outgoing cheeky chappie with no worries at all .
To cut a long story short, out of the blue I started having anxiety attacks and thought I was dying it came with all the usual features like shortness of breath , feeling really tired and my eyes would not focus ,this all got too much for me and I thought my number was up.
I really did not know where to go and ended up at the doctors and was put on aropax ......Which is one half step to the road to recovery the other half was counselling with psychosynthesist ,it was the best thing that ever happened to me .
The way I see it anxiety can happen to anyone at any time maybe an event that had triggered it off or even out of nowhere, psychosynthesis made me realize a lot about my self and I found inner peace a soul I thought that never exsisted .
So with a little counselling and with the proper medication I really believe you can get your life back on track here I am looking for work cured!!!!!
Best of luck to you all never feel defeated it will get better I promise.

I stand alone in a field with the warmth of others close by.

Extremely eHealthy
This is a great post. I too started suffering from panic attacks which seemed to occur from nowhere but totally affected my life. I took citalopram and seen a pschotherapist and it helped me so much .
There is hope out there for anyone suffering :d
