Hi,

i'm thinking of buying an inversion table and want to hear what others have thought of them.

If you own or have used one, please let me know if it helped.

Thanks,
chris

I Tried One And Liked It
Mmm, its kind of a mixed bag. Some people say its the best thing ever and others say it made their back worse, I think it depends on your condition.

Probably not good for spinal stenosis but good if your have poor abdominal strength and therefore overly tight hip flexors, the most common cause of back pain (trust me, i'm a physiotherapist) because it would stretch your hip flexors and strengthen your abdominal wall.

I tried an inversion table in a showroom and it was nice although hard to tell from just one session for 2 minutes.

I like the fitplus inversion table, primarily because I also found a coupon for 50% off.

Has anyone used, seen or know of a review of this machine?

Chris
