Recently I found a lump under my right nipple, it kinda hurts when I touch it. It's not that big. It's also somewhat moveable. I researched it on the internet and found that it could be a part of puberty (most likely) or in some rare cases it might be breast cancer, which is pretty rare in males, espiacally my age, but I am still concernced. It does not really bother me, when I leave it alone. Should I be worried? Any suggestions?
