Ok im guessing your worried shes pregnant, lower back pain shouldnt start until her spine starts curving to hold the weight of the baby so it could just be normal back pain, since this is a teen pregnancy forum im guessing shes a teen and therefore her breasts should be growing anyway and ive heard the cramps can start early sometimes from overexertion and stuff and there usually varying in strength but I would get her to do a pregnancy test just in case

Ok well first of all, try not to worry too much.. The changes in her body could just be normal, like her breasts getting bigger.. It's not necessarily a sign of pregnancy. If she has taken a test and it was negative she probably isn't pregnant, but maybe she should do another one just to put your minds at rest.

she's 16..Just doesn't seem common for her breasts to get bigger..

Girls' breasts can keep growing until they are well into their twenties, it's not uncommon for changes like that to happen at her age.

Some women do have periods during pregnancy, but it's more likely not to have that many, or for them to be lighter/shorter.. Sometimes there is bleeding at the beginning of the pregnancy and then it stops. If her periods are normal then it's more likely that she isn't pregnant.

The only way you can ease your mind is by her taking another pregnancy test.. They're very effective, so if it's another negative, then it's highly unlikely she's pregnant.

I think you should take a chill pill.I doubt your girl is pregnant.She has no signs of it.The only signs you do have is her body changing but its called puberty.

Also, her pants are even looser, sounds like quite the opposite from signs of pregnancy..But maybe..

I would have to say that if your girlfriend has been having her period since march then no, i'd have to day that she isn't preggers. The fact that she runs track could help her lower back to hurt after a good run. I remember running track and later my back would hurt.

If you are really worried about your girlfriend being preggers have her take another test and if you aren't satisfied after that take her to the health department and have her take a blood test and that should put your mind at ease. If it doesn't there isn't much hope for you other than keeping it tucked away and not having sex again until you are ready to have a baby.
