I'm not exactly sure what you meant by this, but i'll see if I can answer your question. If you miss three pills and do the double up method to catch up with the pills you missed the spotting should stop and you can proceed on this taking your pills as ususal and eventually go on to the placebos and then have your period jusy as usual. And if you are talking about starting a new pack and skipping the week of placebos, if this is done it is possible to skip your period. You might want to talk with your gyno before doing this just to be sure if its safe or not for you to do so, but skipping your period is possible if this is done. I hope this answers your question! :)
