I developed a very strange skin condition that i've never seen or cannot find in any medical text books.

Everytime I jog or perform phyisical activity involving sweat, I notice these white skin patch or "bubbles" on my forhead right below my hairline. Sometimes I scrape it off and it seems like just dead tissue.

There is no fluid nor any pain, discomfort, or soreness. It's purely skin and simply odd looking. It appears that a layer of my skin "bubbles" up when I sweat.

Any suggestions?
