My left testicle moves up into my lower abdominal sometimes during sex and I have to move it backdown by pushing does anyone no what this could be and is it safe as its not painfull but im still worried none the less

I'd say it's normal... Does it go inside your abdomen or does it just get closer to your abdomen? Mine get tighter and therefore closer to my abdomen when I masturbate.

Yeah it ok I think.. It happens with me occasionally although it my right teste. Dont worry. But if you are worried, make your doc work, thats what he there for! :lol:

Testicles will move closer and away from the body for temperture control so they can be at the perfect temp for sperm production!
