My girlfriend stabbed her thumb yesterday with a minnow trap she had in a mucky marsh on her property. She treated it with hydrogen peroxide and bandaged it, she's had her tetanus shots in the last 3 years. She woke up in the middle of the night with a throbbing pain in her thumb and a sudden feeling that she was going to be sick. She threw up several times and passed out at one point. She has been feeling tired all day, unable to eat solids, but has been feeling a slight bit better the past hour or two. Is there any cause for concern, should she see a doctor?
