Yes you would need a parent, not anyone who is 18..

But you don't even need a parent if you get a "judicial bypass" which the clinic can help you with! Basically you would see a judge and he would say that you are mature enough to know what you are doing :) all you have to do is call the clinic and explain that you need a bypass, it is free and confidential to get a bypass.
