Orthopedics, Hip, Knee Replacements Answer A1010
It seems that you are carrying extra weight that can be exacerbating your pain. It is not easy for the legs to bear large amounts of weight. Such mass can cause degenerative changes in the hips (coxarthrosis) and knees (gonarthrosis). You can visit your GP to perform and X-ray image of said joints to look for degenerative arthritic changes in them. You may need expert help from an orthopedist. Diet and mild physical activity are recommended to control and reduce rweight.
