I know this is not pregnancy related.. But its related to such areas and I am hoping someone in this are can shed some light for me! For the last 3 months my period has been different, it was normally 5 days, heavy, 32 day cycle, breast tenderness 4 days before, a few cramps.. Nothing major. For the last 3 months its been 21 day cycles, brown ilght blood, hardly worth even using a tampon so just use a panty liner. The last 2 have been a little heaver.. But this one, its just been a pathetic attempt. I thought it would heavy again as I just had the copper coil fitted.. Which is meant to make things heaver and more painful.. But its still just pathetic. I have had alot going on in my life recently, alot of stress and upheaval.. But tis all sorted and from the outside it looked horroble.. But head in the sand mode works wonders! Any thoughts would be most appreciated! Failing that I am a normal healthy 22 yr old!

When you were fitted for your coil did you mention your cycle to you doctor? It all sounds like a perfectly normal part of life. Sometimes our cycles change. Yours sounds as if it has. Be grateful it is less and hopefully even less painful! ;)
