Q: Nose Skin Infection. Any Advice Much Appreciated

Hi.

Has anyone ever come accross a skin infection in the nose. It happens to me every few weeks just inside the nostral at the front of my nose a small cut in the skin appears (seems similair to athlete's foot). It gets very sore if left but if I apply savlon after a few days it seems to go away.

If anyone has any information on this it would be much appreciated.
