Q: Bump On My Phallus?

I've noticed this before, probably for like 2 weeks but lately it seems like it's gettin' bigger. Whenever some pressure is applied it hurts (kinda like a pimple). The bump is on top side of the "shaft". Anyone know if this is serious, it's been really worryin' me the past week.
