Hi everyone .
Where do I begin .... Ok , I am currently divorcing , its all gone very smoothly , that includes the division of assets .
My new husband to be , is currenly trying to get his divorce in motion , but the wife or ex wife is being difficult , she says she may not leave the house. ( meaning she will stay put )i expect this will make things more expensive and time comsuming . Does anyone have any thoughts or info regarding this ?.There are no young children involved and he has aleardy handed over their business to her ..... This must sound very petty , but it worries me, and it is all extra stress which could be avoided .
Does anyone have anything positive to say ..... It would be greatly appriciated
ps I dont mind a direct e mail to me if anyone feels they can help......

well, first off, I would wonder about why you both are jumping straight for one marriage to another. I know that if I end up divorced, I want to stay single for quite awhile afterwards. Divorce is an emotional mess, whether you wanted it or not. You need to grieve, spend time alone, rediscover who you are without that commitment. By jumping from one marraige to another, you may repeat your mistakes.

But, on this topic, I wouldn't worry too much. She obviously isn't ready for the relationship to end, but it will nevertheless. It looks to me like she is going through a stage of grief (denial). If this is true, then she will pass out of it.
If it's that she's hoping if she holds out to get more out of the divorce, then he needs a good lawyer.

Hope I gave you some things to think about. If you need to talk, let me know.
