Skin Forum - Cyst ?

I have a large bump on my chest it may be a cyst ,it just recently 2 weeks ago got infected,swollen.Ive had it about 9 or 10 yrs it has busted before after swollen about 8 yrs ago. It is sore to the touch or if I lay on my side a wrong way its very uncomfortable. Also embarrassing. What is it and what can I do about it.
