Hi,

my fiancee is 19, he has random pains, on the left side of his chest. He says it feels like its his heart. Sharp pains, if he breath's the pains get worse, but if he stops breathing for about 10 seconds it goes away. He has had this happen randomly every since he was a little boy. Does anyone know what this might be?
