Lower Left Abdominalpain, Hip Pain And Lower Back Pain Posted: 05-25-06 10:26am
I have been having hip pain since about
november. My pcp could never figure out
what was wrong, she suggested that I start
taking calcium and glucosimin. The pain
is still there. I went to an orthopaedic
Dr. And he said that I have bursitus and
gave me cortizone. It still hurts. I
have also been having pain on the left
side of my abdomen from my rib cage down
to where my ovaries are. My stomach is
bloated and I have been gaining weight.
Has anyone had anything similar? I am
getting a ct scan tomorrow.

Yea, I can def. Relate to your problems.
I had a tvh dec 2 ,2003 but still have
ovaries. My cat scan showed diverculitis
and a ruptured ovary. I have gained 30#
and I look about 6 months pregnant, as
well I have extremely painful intercourse.
I go to a new gyne aug.21st. Good luck

i have similar pain as well. about 5
months ago i noticed a knot somewhere near
my left abdomen and it just go worse. the
discomfort was just there at night in bed
and it hurt when I strecthed out. now it
pretty much hurts all the time and now my
hip really hurts and if i sit a certain
for a period of time or walk to much it
hurts to lift my leg to walk. i have a
stick shift car and it hurts to lift my
leg to drive. i have a female exam along
with a ultrasound and nothing is showing
and ovaries are fine. at the end of the
week i go to the doc to have a camera
inserted through my navel to see if they
find anything. i am scared and am eager to
know what is happening. can someone tell
me what is going on or what to expect.
