Q: Unexplained Tingling

For the last 6 months I have had a slight tingling which started in my left leg on the outside and can now be felt in both legs. It is a feeling of warmth in the affected areas and certain areas such as the outer parts of the ankles are a little hypersensitive to touch. One example is that especially after excercise, the water pressure hurts slightly on my feet.

Everything is so mild, that it has not affected my daily life until recently. Some days, it is not noticeable. For the last few weeks it has started to affect me sexually as well. The sensation is diminished from what it was, and more often now, I can't have an orgasm. I don't know if it is just psychological or it is related to the tingling in my legs. I was just wondering what could be causing this. My doctor couldn's shed much light on the subject. I have no other symptoms at all. I am a generally healthy male in my early 30's.
