I was diagoned with endometriosis during laproscopic surgery for infertility. I personally had no physical symptoms(some women dont)but the main sign of having it is painful periods. There may be other symptoms but im not sure what they are.Hope this helps you out.

I have endometriosis. I have had it for 6 years now. Darkening of your nipples, very tender breasts, painful periods, hard time getting pregnant, mood swings...Those are all signs. Just go to the doctore and he will be able to help you out more.

Endometriosis
Hi katelyn,
there can be many symptoms of endometriosis or non at all like donna said. I was diagnosed with endometriosis 4 years ago after many years of pain- ranging from period pain, stomach cramps, back pain, pain during intercourse as well as after, you may experience heavy periods that may be irregular and or for longer than the usual seven days we expect. There are a wide range of symptoms, and you may have one or all of them, but this does not mean that the more you have the worse it is. You can have all the symptoms and only have a mild case, or non of them and have a severe case. Hope this is of some help to you

Extremely eHealthy
Like the other girls said there are many of different symptoms. And depending on the person, they can be mild or severe. The symptoms that I have, are as follows:
irregular period
pain in ovaries (varies, sometimes it is so awful I cannot stand it, and sometimes it is very mild, and sometimes it doesn't hurt at all)
pain in various areas of the stomach (my whole life I have always slept on my stomach, but now, I cannot. If I push ever so lightly on any area of my stomach and lower sides it hurts.)
tubal pregnancies, infertility and ovarian cysts are all very possible if you have endometriosis (sp?) I hope this helped some.
