Q: Heart Palpitations And Irregular Beat

Lately i've been getting heart thumps and flutters or what feels like an irregular heartbeat every day. It will feel like slow slow fastfastfast slow fastfastfast....Or some other combination. It never seems steady. And if i'm exerting myself in any way my heart beats so hard and upon inhalation it gets super fast and exhalation a lot slower beat. Sometimes it feels like my heart is actually causing my body to jerk from beating so hard, and I get dizzy sometimes. Also, almost a lump feeling in my throat or the feeling of a little beat in my throat and sometimes breathing in makes me have to cough and it feels like my heart is causing it or something. Has anyone else had anything similar? I've been diagnosed w/ anxiety disorder before, but I don't believe many docs because you always hear of people dying because doctors don't do thier jobs and don't pay attention to the patient's concerns. I'm afraid of a heart condition or arrhythmia. I've had heart xrays, chest ct, ekgs and tests for blood disorders. All have been okay. Would it have been found already? Or what tests should I ask for to rule out a condition or arrhythmia?

Yeah mine gets really bad if I exert myself in any way. But it's also just there sometimes when i'm relaxing. Docs have told me the ekg's have been fine, but i'm not going to believe it, because i've seen so many stories about doctors messing up, and I have a few experiences with that in my family alone. So naturally I don't trust doctors since they don't listen and pretty much write everything off as anxiety without checking for possibe causes of it. Maybe it is just anxiety but i'd love to know that the Dr.S did everything they could to make sure it's not an actual condition or something. I think when I get home in a few days i'm gonna ask the doc if they could do that thing with the heart monitor that you wear for a few days. I think those work better than just ekgs anyway.

The nurse I talk to said if somethign was bad then they would put me on the monitor but if nothign sems wrong then there is no need too.

It sucks tho eh recently its like I sit there and wait for them then they hapen and I freak out. Damn thump or sometimes its like a few irregular or outta rhymtim beats..
