What I would like to know is:

when we feel like we are having a heart attack and have all the chest pain, shortness of breath etc if it was a real heart attack would our meds take the pain away?

When ever I have bad chest pain or feel my anxiety building my xanax always takes the feeling away. Would this happen if I was having real heart problems?

No it wouldn't. But all you having are panic attacks. Tell your self that you were a perfectly healthy person before all this started and you still are so how come you are getting a heart attack? It's just not gonna happen.
