Q: Early Period After Taking the Pill..is It Normal??

My girlfriend and I have been pretty sexually active and one time we had sex without a condom. Basically I freaked afterwards and asked her to take the emergency contraception pill. Afterwards, about 2-3 weeks later, she had her period, about 2 weeks early. She just wanted to know is this normal or should she be concern??
