Some people with anxiety suffer with an increase heart rate most of the time. Other suffer with a slow beating heart.

Is This Normal??
Thank you !!!The reason I asked is becouse the last anxiety attack I had was teusday morning at 3am was laying in bed almost drifted off to sleep then suddenly I felt my heartbeat in my legs and then I felt my heartbeat in my chest..It was beating very fast. And I got up and I started feeling lightheaded as if I was gonna faint so I kept walking around my house. And I went and sat on my loveseat and cut a fan on and adfter a hour or so I calmed down a little but remained shaky and my heart beated a lil faster the rest of the day. Then I went to sleep at 5pm and woke up at 6am wedsday morning and my heart is still beating a lil fast..It is scary!!!
