While raynaud's can be nothing but an annoyance, it doesn't mean it shouldn't be checked out. I know my investigating my raynaud's I tested for positive ana which led me to a rheumatologist.
But since you already have checked it out, guess you got your bases covered. Just keep an eye out for other things. If the fingers are the only thing that are bothering you, maybe nothing to worry about. But I would try to arrange for some regular blood work to be done every few months.
