Hi, my name is anne. I am 63 years old, have always been healthy. For a little over a week now my right ankle has been swollen & somewhat red, aches some & feels feverish. I haven't twisted it as far as I know or turned it. It doesn't bother me very much at all during the day when I walk around on it. And at work I do walk a lot.

Is there something I can do for this without going to the doctor?
