Hi
i am a 45 y.O female with one year history of ringing in my ears, dizzy spells, skin hurts. I've always had very low cholesterol (total 90-115)
my b12 is low normal 311. I frequently get gas and bloating. I had an igg wich was very slightly elevated at 29 and iga was normal.

Should I pursue this more?
