In the past few days I have been really worried.
Since a bunch of people came to my school and talked about sti (stds) I became concerned about having genital warts.
I have tiny bumps on my shaft, they are only in one spot, and they haven't grown ever since i've had them (which goes as far as I remember). I think it might just be sebacus glands... I've seen a photo and it looks the similar but...
I also have some tiny (very hard to see) bumps on my upper lip (center)which do not match the description of sebacus glands. They are so small that the only way I saw them was because they form a small (about 4 - 5mm wide) cluster that resemble a "cauliflower shape". They are flesh colored I think (it's pretty hard to tell, they're so small).
Anyway... I have heard that genital warts can grow on the lips too.
As I have said in the title I am a virgin. But I am really worried that I might have genital warts because the speakers who came to my school said that you could get them at birth and that they may not appear until adolescence - which is when I think they might have appeared.
What makes me think so even further is that my little sister (5 years younger) was born by cescaerian section because, as my mum had "an infection" in the genital area.
I was pretty small back then so I thought it might be some form of irritation that turned nasty. But now I think it might have been genital warts.
I am too scarred to go to a doctor, I have never talked to my parents about sex or stds, and I don't want to. My mum always needs to know where I am and if I go to a clinique to get it checked, she will know (which I don't want). It would be extremely unusual for me to tell my mum to just "drop me off at a clinique".
I am so worried! Will I ever be able to have children without giving my partner (or my children) the warts (if I have them).
I need advice, I am a pessimist =( and I also happen to have a mild anxiety disorder.
I am feeling pretty sad and very scared!
