This is my first baby and I started swelling noticably at about 27 weeks, my feet, legs, arms, neck, face...And I am of average build (pre-pregnancy 135lbs and 5'3")

my doctor so far doesn't seem to be worried (i am 30 weeks now) because my blood pressure is ok, but there are trace amounts of protein in my urine. I don't know if this is a sign I will develop preeclampsia or not?

Being swollen is not fun!
