Q: Jaw Pain?

My jaw hurts a little bit when I chew. My swallowing is fine, its just that the actual movement of the jaw brings a dull ache on the right side. This is a pretty recent development. On top of this, I have muscle twitching all over my body, shoulders & legs most frequently ... I've heard this could be "bulbar als," and that has me majorly freaked out.

I find myself watching how I walk ... Am I balanced? Am I tripping more often? I dont know, i'm not falling or anything like that.

I do have a history of anxiety issues, anxiety attacks, etc.

Thanks for advice on this.
