Hi everyone. Its chelsea i'am really worried about something when I was 11-13 I was anorexica and I never ate or anything I don't if my anorexica could come back to me because im pregnant could someone give me advice could it come back to me?!?

Yes anorexia could come back which is why it's important to seek the help of a doctor or therapist to help you eat properly through your pregnancy. Just keep telling yourself that everything your earing is for your baby and if you don't eat your baby could be very unhealthy or die. Go see a nutritionist and come up with an eating plan that you can manage

My mom was anorexic when she was younger & went on 2 have 4 very healthy children.If u r determined & want ur child 2 b healthy 2,u will try ur hardest 2 eat properly.Like tanya sed,get an eating plan sorted & look after yourself. Gud luck, liz x
