Q: Pain In scrotum

Over the last month I have noticed my right texticle being a bit sore and painful. I have looked for lumps and there is nothing apparent on the testicle itself, but the pain seems to be coming from the top of my right testicle, sort of where tubes go in?

I have no problem or more pain when ejcualting etc, but it just sort of aches alot of the time.

Please could someone help me with some advice?

Thanks

Pain can mean testicular cancer! I say get it checked out asap, i've known guys that have gotten it when they were 16 and they found out because their testicles were hurting!! It's better to be safe then sorry!
