Can anyone help me out? It itches like a ^$&^, all I have done is put cortisone on it and it helps... Small bumps, seem to be skin color...No promiscuity, same partner for a while now... About halway up on the shaft..

Pics arent working ??? But they are small skin colored bumps with resness around them from me itching...Redness is going away now though since im trying not to itch..
