Q: Unprotected Sex

About 3 wks ago I had unprotected sex with a new partner who claims to have been abstinent for a year. A few days later I developed a bad yeast infection which finally cleared up with a 1 day monistat treatment and 3 courses of diflucan. I went to the gyn who said she did cultures and the only thing that came up was yeast. I am now mid-cycle and experiencing discharge (clear and thin) and some light cramping type lower abdominal pain. My question is could I have chylamida or is the discharge and cramping just ovulation? I have had ovulation pain in the past, but not consistently.
