Well that is basicly my question , one time I went to the dr and he said my bp was real high but said its cuase my heart rate was fast. I counted it on one of those machines one time and my bp was at 150 but my herat rate at 120 usualy when im calm not having anxiety or even with a little bit my heart rate is between 66 and 78 do they go togther cuz usualy I have a good heart rate eve at night my heart rate is like 55 im always worried I got high blood pressure issues becuase I have axiety and panic attacks he says its normal my bp rises just as it ouwl during exercise.

I saw a cardio last year and he dint say anything?
