It is embarrasing to admit to a problem
like that. The sooner you can talk about
it, the sooner you can get relief.
I've too gone into violent rages where i'm
being abusive to my partner. I finally
told my counselor...That's what they are
there for.
Is it possible that you can get a new
doctor? You would be better off talking
to someone who only knows you
professionally.

i have to agree. Talking about it with
someone who can actually help who is best.
