hi, my problem is i'm underweight for my height..how can i gain weight? i really want to get fat and to have bigger arms. thanx :)

According to your height, sex, and age your ideal weight should be around 60kg; you are 50kg, 10 kgs underweight. If you don’t have an eating disorder then the only way to gain weight is to eat more. It's not possible to develop bigger arms. You body will distribute weight proportionally. If you suspect that you are losing weight due to low self-esteem, you can consult a medical health professional and ask for help.
