Talk to your dr about that their are other
factors to mc such as caffeine <<
anyways congrats on being preggo!!!
I smoked while I was pregnant I didnt quit
completly(i did off an on) my dr said it
would just be better if I lowered the
amount I smoked I was smoking 27+(usually
1pk and half/day) before I was preggo,
went down to 3-6 a day!! Good luck hope
you make it through!!
Dont feel guilty and dont let anyone make
you feel guilty you are trying to change
just be yourself and if you drink caffeine
dont give it up all at once its horrible
feeling (headaches and shaking with some
people) so go off of it slowly same with
smoking they are both drugs!!

I agree if you quit do it slowly. But I
have to say I have friends that smoked the
whole time and their babies turned out
fine....Normal weight and healthy.

Both my kids were healthy they were both
over 7lbs and no health problems, everyone
reacts differently to drugs so as some say
its better not to play with fate honestly
if something happened to my kids I would
have felt guilty.
Good luck and remeber this is a personal
choice!!

Asthma, allergies and eczema are all
related they are actually passed down
(genetically) now smoking can cause
asthma/bronchitis the majority of the time
its from genetics.
As well your body changes every so many
years after having elisa I got eczema
never had it before after having cam I now
have environmental allergies and a crap
load of health problems....
With my daughter she has never been sick
the only thing she came down with so far
is 1 cold and 2 utis (commom in baby
girls)
cameron has had rsv my niece had it and my
brotherin law left his daughter at my
place knowing I had a newborn and didnt
care well my son was in the hospital for
about a week because of his carelessness!!

I quit smoking slowly during this
pregnancy. Like I kinda weened myself off
of them for the first few months.
I have been told that some people have
gone their whole pregnancy smoking and
their kids are ok and all that but it's
still that 50/50 line where I wouldnt want
to take the risk !!
