I ave a questin ever since I satrted
having panic attacks abut my heart I ask
myself these questions,
i used to work out lightly and take daily
walks I stopped for like 6 or 7 months.
Lets say I go for like a 10-15 minute walk
is it normal that my heart rate is still
at like aorund 80 say like 10 minutes
after.
Some times ill even incorporate some
jogging and it seems my heart rate gos
down bac to 70 ealier id ont knwo maybe im
making too much of it.
Maybe I just dint realise before.
