I don't know if I should worry or not. The past two weeks I have been nauseas every night. Not in the mornings, like my friends. I took a test last week and said no. There are no other signs.

"morning" sickness doesn't usually happen in the morning - it can actually happen at any time of the day or night.

When was the last time you had sex? Usually those type of symptoms don't show up until you've missed your period, sometimes they can take 3 to 4 weeks to show up.

But def take a pregnancy test and talk to your doctor!
